Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup glutinous sticky rice 1 cup coconut milk 1/3 cup sugar salt Sauce: 1 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cornstarch water Topping 1 mango Procedure: 1. Soak rice in water overnight, 2. Drain water 3. Cook rice in steamer with banana leaves, 20-30 minutes 4. Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt 5. Mix in rice in coconut, sugar, salt mixture 6. Let cool 7. Make sauce with coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch slurry 8. Assemble with mango and drizzle sauce
